ISML 2012 Nomiation Period

ISML 2012 Nomination Period has started!!!
in this nomination period, you can try to nominate your favorite heroine or moe until 12 character!!
But you can't nominate the characters that already have auto-qualified for the preliminary period!

And here the rules :

1. You may nominate up to twelve (12) characters. All nominations have equal weight.
2. You must nominate at least five (5) characters.
3. At least three (3) anime series must be represented in your ballot.
4. Please read the official rules for more details and qualifications.
5. Ballots that do not follow these rules will be discarded entirely.
